Geraldine Preschool is a community-based, non-profit-making centre committed to providing high quality care and education to 0 – 6 year olds. 

The Preschool is run by a skilled Board of Governance and parent/whãnau input is encouraged in the day-to-day operation.

Our programmes are centred on Te Whãriki, The New Zealand Early Childhood Curriculum, which links with The New Zealand Curriculum in schools. The implementation of group and individual programmes are initiated by children’s inquiries, strengths and interests and we strive to achieve high quality outcomes for all children. Our dedicated teachers provide fun and educational activities and experiences that extend children’s learning and development. We maintain excellent teacher-child ratios and a high calibre of qualified permanent teachers who foster a respectful and caring learning environment.
